Assist the facilities team in maintenance throughout Lancer Worldwide owned building.

Essential Functions
• Basic plumbing and electric with direction.
• Operate air and electric power tools.
• Performs preventative maintenance on building facilities (Exterior and Interior)
• Basic Paint /construction knowledge.
• 5’s offices (Installing glass board, TV’s, etc.) and surroundings as directed.
• Maintain company vehicles in optimum conditions as directed.
• Perform tasks while on ladder or manlift 30 ‘high
• Able to operate forklift.
• Clean and minor repair on Beverage equipment Installed on our facility.
• Other duties as needed and directed by management.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Valid Texas driver’s license
• Follow all safety rules
• Following Lancer Policy
• Ability to perform basic electrical (light bulbs, HVAC filters, replacing electrical switches, etc. (preferred).
• Ability to perform basic plumbing, unclogged drains, toilet minor repairs (preferred).
• Basic troubleshooting for building maintenance.

Education and Experience
• H.S. Diploma or G.E.D. equivalency.
• Basic plumbing knowledge; pipe, fitting sizes, & types.
• Basic of electric connections.
• Any other type of skill is a plus for this position.
