
To provide inhouse skilled maintenance in assisting Facilities Engineer (Civil) to maintain civil structures in proper functional condition. Key responsibilities will include: Assist the Facilities Engineer (Civil) in executing development and maintenance work by performing various construction tasks including foundation constructions, wall and floor construction, drainage installation, manhole construction and other concreting work. Support the Facilities Engineer (Civil) in executing development and maintenance work including undertaking various tilling work. Assist with carpentry tasks, including partition construction, door and window repairs, wooden counter maintenance. Contribute to on-time execution by keeping to schedules and ad-hoc repair jobs for civil structures. Assist Technical Foreman (Civil II) with scheduled and ad-hoc paint maintenance jobs to ensure timely execution of maintenance work. Requirements Sat for O/L and relevant course equivalent to NVQ level 3 for which the duration of course to be 6 months in the relevant field(Masonry) with 2 years relevant working experience(Masonry). OR Sat for O/L and the candidate who does not fulfill the NVQ requirement should complete the relevant NVQ level 3 within 02 years of the contract period and 2 years work experience(Masonry). Note: Trainee and internship experience will not be considered as work experience. Age to be not more than 45 years as at 28th September 2026 which is the closing date. Be a Sri Lankan Citizen.
