As part of our Shared Services group, comprised of Finance, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Commercial, Legal and Facilities, we support the business achieve their goals through a range of strong technical capabilities. We ensure delivery of services through the skills of our people, methodologies, and systems.

About the Role

Reporting to the Global Director, Facilities, you will be responsible for coordinating facilities, workplace and corporate services activities across the Australia-Asia region. You'll lead a team delivering high-quality workplace services while partnering closely with regional leaders, suppliers and the global facilities team to ensure safe, efficient and engaging workplaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the Corporate Services team across facilities, travel and workplace services.
  • Manage facilities operations across the Australia-Asia region, partnering with landlords, property managers and key stakeholders.
  • Oversee maintenance programs and ensure compliance with legislative and company requirements.
  • Manage contractors and service providers to deliver safe and efficient workplace services.
  • Lead office projects including relocations, fit-outs, refurbishments and workspace planning.
  • Partner with business leaders and the Global Facilities team to drive workplace initiatives and standards.
  • Manage facilities budgets, expenditure and supplier performance to deliver operational excellence.

About You:

You are a proactive facilities professional who enjoys building strong relationships, leading teams and creating exceptional workplace experiences. You bring a practical, customer-focused approach and thrive in a dynamic, multi-site environment.

You will have

  • Experience leading facilities, workplace or corporate services operations across multiple locations.
  • Demonstrated experience managing contractors, suppliers and service agreements.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Experience supporting budgets, expenditure management and operational planning.
  • Knowledge of workplace health, safety and compliance requirements.

It will be advantageous if you have:

  • A qualification in Facilities Management.
  • Project Management qualifications or experience delivering workplace projects.
  • Experience within engineering, consulting or professional services environments.
