ASRC Federal Facilities Logistics LLC, a subsidiary of ASRC Federal is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to support our NASA prime program at the NASA Wallops Flight Facility at Wallops Island, VA.
• Manages team of HVAC technicians while complying with customer, safety and quality standards. Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems ranging from residential to commerce equipment.
• Directs, mentor, assigns tasks and monitors performance to ensure productivity and service standards.
• Plans and manages HVAC projects from initial assessment to completion, including estimating, scheduling, subcontractor coordination and material/equipment procurement.
• Serves as primary point of contact for subcontractors, customers and workforce. Provides status updates, participates in weekly status meetings.
• Manages preventative maintenance system (CMMS) relative to the HVAC Shop.
• Recommends various technology options or approaches for system, processes, facility or program improvements in terms of safety, performance, efficiency or costs.
• Responsible for making moderate to significant improvements of processes, systems or products to enhance performance of job area OR may demonstrate innovative influence within a project that has impact and participation from multiple departments. Problems and issues faced are numerous and undefined, and require detailed information gathering, analysis and investigation to understand the problem. Problems are difficult and moderately complex. Problems typically impact multiple departments or specialties. Problems are typically solved through drawing from prior experience and analysis of issues.

Sometimes requires ability to influence others outside of own job area on policies, practices and procedures.

Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's Degree or 1 year of experience in lieu of 1 year of education.
Experience: 5+ years of related work experience.
