
About the Opportunity
Join a supportive team dedicated to delivering an exceptional guest experience for our residents and visitors at our Village in Karratha.
We have permanent full‑time positions available on a 14:7 roster, working 10‑hour days — two weeks living on site followed by one week at home for what matters most.
FIFO is available from Perth, or you can Drive‑In Drive‑Out from your home to Karratha.
This is a hands‑on Facilities Maintenance position responsible for:
Air‑conditioning repair and maintenance
Overseeing the upkeep of village facilities
Grounds and non‑technical maintenance
General repairs and waste management

About the Benefits
$7k annual incentive bonus for local candidates Drive in, Drive out candidates (paid quarterly; flights not included)
FIFO included for all Perth based candidates (not eligible for local incentive bonus)

About You
You’ll bring the following skills and experience:
Experience supervising a team, ideally in a remote environment
Experience working in high‑volume, fast‑paced settings, preferably outdoors
Refrigerant handling licence
Restricted electrical work licence
Trade‑qualified Refrigeration Mechanic
Valid driver’s licence
Unlimited working rights in Australia (ideally 12+ months; sponsorship is not available)
Flexibility to work day or night shift when required
Strong commitment to safety
LF Forklift Licence and experience (desirable)
