Job Description

Role: Facilities Supervisor

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week, to include evenings and weekends

Location: American Express Stadium, Brighton and American Express Elite Football Performance Centre, Lancing

Contract Type: Permanent

Lead operational excellence and maintain world-class standards across our sites

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain our facilities to a world-class level, ensuring an impeccable environment for players, staff, and visitors.
  • Lead and mentor large teams, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and clear communication.
  • Drive efficiency across both the stadium and training ground, ensuring all maintenance and cleaning standards exceed expectations.
  • Champion a proactive safety-first mindset, ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety regulations, including COSHH.
