Facilities Supervisor

Location: Tacloban - HQ, PH

FM Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, safety, and operations of a facility. The primary role is to ensure that buildings and their services meet the needs of the people that work in them.

Key Responsibilities

• Facility Maintenance & Repairs: Ensure timely upkeep of equipment, infrastructure, and utilities.
• Team Management: Lead maintenance and janitorial teams, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Safety & Compliance: Maintain adherence to safety standards and regulations.
• Budget & Vendor Management: Optimize maintenance budgets and oversee vendor relationships.
• Preventive & Emergency Planning: Implement proactive maintenance and emergency response plans.
• Documentation & Compliance: Keep accurate records of repairs, inspections, and regulatory compliance.
• Project Management: Oversee renovations and facility improvements.
• Stakeholder Support: Address facility-related concerns professionally.
• Sustainability Initiatives: Promote eco-friendly and energy-efficient solutions.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years in facilities management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Facilities management expertise, knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry systems.
• Strong team management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• OSHA certification or equivalent.
• Customer service, teamwork, conflict resolution, adaptability.
• Knowledge of BPO trends, data center operations, IT infrastructure, workplace design, and space planning (preferred).
