The role
This role will leada program of work to deliver the future of Facilities &Maintenance,ensuringwe are future ready to support our stores to deliver the 2030 growth ambition.Expected timeframe 15 months contract period.
The role will oversee the development of governance, operating structures, vendor management disciplines, anddeliveryplans, while partnering across internal teams and external providers to ensure a seamless and commercially soundprogram in support future ambition.

Key Accountabilities
Implementthe futureFacilities & Maintenance operating model.
Lead the end-to-end program, including detailed planning, sequencing, dependencies, risks, milestones, and delivery governance.
Develop and implement clear RACI frameworks, governance forums, decision rights, and escalation pathways across all workstreams.
Establish robust cross-functional governance between internal stakeholders, operational teams, procurement, finance, technology, and vendors
Lead the transition planning and mobilisation associated with revised contracts and enhanced vendor management disciplines
Lead stakeholder engagement across operational, functional groups, executive team.
Identify, track, and support the release of transition benefits associated with revised contracts, vendor arrangements, operating model changes, and technology uplift.
Establish KPIs, success measures, governance reporting, and transition scorecards.
About you
Minimum 10 years+ senior leadership experience
Proven facilities and maintenance experience, demonstrated programs oftransformation delivery
Strongstakeholder and communication skillswithexperience managing large-scale contracts and budgets
Similar industry experience is highly regardedspecificallyQSR, Food, Petrol &Convenience retail environments.
