General Summary of Position:

Facilities Sr. Space Specialist sought by University of Massachusetts Lowell to maintain and update the university’s space inventory database with accurate room numbers, square footage, space uses, departmental assignment, and other related attributes.

Minimum Qualifications (Required):

• Must have Bach’s Degree in Library/Information Science, Architecture, Engineering, Information Systems, Facilities Management or related field 5 yrs rel. exp & exp. w/ AutoCAD, ESRI GIS software & knowledge of design construction practices

or

• Master’s Deg. in Library/Information Science, Architecture, Engineering, Information Systems, Facilities Management, or related field & 2 yrs. of rel. exp. & exp. w/ AutoCAD, ESRI GIS software & knowledge of design construction practices.

This position is full-time, benefited and in the SEIU-888 Union in grade P18 Anticipated salary based on qualifications within range of $89,000 to $111,864
