Normal Work Schedule: Varies; includes nights, weekends, and other times as needed to support events and other activities
The Facilities Services Team Lead provides work leadership to Facilities Services Associate team members. Oversees daily operations. Sets up and takes down of equipment for athletic events and loads and unloads equipment and supplies. Assists in trash removal and cleaning. Operates power and cleaning equipment.
Required Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED and two (2) years of custodial services, special events, and/or athletic equipment, maintenance, and athletic setup experience.
Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Must have valid U.S. driver's license. Must be at least 19 years of age at time of hire and have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report that is in compliance with University policies. Applicants under the age of 21 will have some driving restrictions.
Final candidates must submit to and successfully pass a post-offer drug screen.
Preferred Qualifications: Leadership/supervisory experience. Associate's degree.
