Wood is currently sourcing for a Facilities Services Superintendent to join our Client team in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea.
The Facilities Services Superintendent is responsible for delivering a safe, efficient, and high-quality residential-and camp living experience through oversight of housekeeping and catering services provided by a third-party contractor.
Location: onshore, Malabo, Equatorial Guinea, West Africa
Rotation Work Pattern: 10 weeks on 3 weeks off, 6-day week 10-hour day
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
The Facilities Services Superintendent is responsible for delivering a safe, efficient, and high-quality residential and camp living experience through oversight of housekeeping and catering services provided by a third-party contractor.
This role serves as the owner of the resident/customer experience, ensuring that all services meet expectations for comfort, cleanliness, food quality, and overall hospitality—while leveraging the contractor as the service delivery mechanism rather than executing daily operations.
The superintendent plays a critical role in supporting workforce wellbeing and operational continuity in a remote or high-density residential environment.

Essential requirements for this role:
Education & Experience:
University degree or relevant equivalent college diploma
Previous experience of working in:
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Proven ability to manage large, outsourced service contracts
Deep understanding of hospitality and workforce experience in remote environments
Operational discipline
Hospitality experience delivery
Experience managing integrated service contracts (SOW-based models)
Knowledge of:
