We have an exciting opportunity for an Facilities Services Analyst to join our company and support our Guadalajara location.
As an Facilities Services Analyst for Corteva Agriscience, you will be responsible for the daily facilities management activities for the Guadalajara site, ensuring safe, compliance, and efficient operations, vendor management, EHS, security, and employee services. Acts as the site focal point for Facilities, Security, EHS and landlord/authorities interactions.
Your Challenge:
Serve as site focal point for facilities management and landlord/condominium administration
Maintain all site permits in order, with no deviation – responsible for all company related documentation (right to eperate).
Manage service contracts, utilities, licenses, permits and regulatory documentation
Budget control, invoice processing, cost tracking and KPI reporting
Office occupancy, space planning, onboarding support and workstation assignment
Align on Coordination of cafeteria, reception and general services to be provided by landlord
EHS & Compliance
Ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety requirements
Coordinate emergency brigades, drills, evacuation plans and safety committees
Investigate incidents, manage audits and corrective actions
Manage contractor EHS documentation, training and certifications
Security
Manage site security services, access control systems and CCTV, in alignment with Landlord, who will be responsible to provide these services.
Act as liaison with Corporate Security and manage incident reporting
Support security awareness programs and traveler guidance
Maintenance & Cleaning
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs
Manage vendors for cleaning, gardening and pest control
Ensure fire systems, alarms and critical equipment maintenance
Asset & Document Management
Manage fixed assets, inventories, warehouses and parking
Coordinate document storage services and record retention
To Grow What Matters, You Will Need:
Degree in Administration, Engineering, Architecture or related field
Experience in facilities management, vendor and contract management
Knowledge of EHS, security and regulatory compliance
Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office; Power BI and SharePoint desirable
Intermediate English
Reporting & Working Style
Reports to FS&RE LATAM leadership, located in Bazil. Role requires autonomy, proactive mindset, discretion, strong organizational skills and hands-on execution.
This is a position that requires working 100% On Site at our Guadalajara location.
