Our National Office Operations team have a casual vacancy available. We are looking for a super organised individual who is passionate in delivering a great work environment experience to our customers. You’ll be part of a cohesive team engaging with internal and external stakeholders to ensure our Facilities and Reception Services, including Health, Safety and Security and workplace experience goes above and beyond our customers’ expectations. No day will be the same.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Ability to complete a wide range of administrative and physical tasks effectively and to a high standard.
  • High energy, flexible and adaptable, with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Strong customer focus, with a commitment to service excellence.
  • Excellent organisational skills and great attention to detail.
  • Great initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in Facilities and Reception Services would be advantageous.
  • Know your way around Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook) and research tools (internet and database use).

This is a 'casual', on-call position where working hours will be offered as and when the business has requirements or is seeking to provide cover for current position holders in either the Facilitator Administrator or Receptionist Administrator roles.
