
Manages assigned projects for facility rehabilitation and upgrades at existing METRO facilities, with a primary focus on interior and exterior facilities rehab / repairs. Manages all contract and in-house project work. Interacts with internal customers, Facilities Maintenance Staff, and Security to execute the job. Perform duties in a safe, efficient manner and in compliance with all applicable rules and safety procedures.
High school or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, manufacturing, construction, or related field preferred.
Minimum of eight (8) years progressive experience in project management in Facilities Management related projects. Proficient in estimating projects using software used in project line item. Book unit pricing preferred. Advance skills to read blueprints and facility drawings.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required or ability to obtain PMP certification within one (1) year. Requires a valid Texas driver’s license. Knowledge of project management software.
