Facilities Project Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized professional to lead key initiatives within the HR & Facilities team, including the upcoming move to the new headquarters in the Northern Suburbs. The role involves planning, coordinating, and executing workplace and operational projects to ensure efficiency, functionality, and a high-quality work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills, with a hands-on approach to delivering results.

Responsibilities:

  • Relocation Project Management
    • Develop and implement the end-to-end relocation plan (timelines, phases, resources, equipment, budget, flow plans)
    • Coordinate multiple stakeholders (incl. employees, contractors, suppliers and other vendors) to ensure smooth execution
    • Collaborate with Procurement and internal teams on vendor sourcing, offers, and furniture/equipment purchases
    • Conduct on-site assessments and maintain detailed inventories of furniture, equipment, and storage areas
    • Liaise with IT and technical teams on infrastructure needs and potential challenges across office and studio areas
    • Oversee all phases of the move ( pilot, test, main, settling) ensuring seamless transitions
    • Coordinate office branding and internal signage (e.g., external visuals, interior branding elements)
    • Monitor costs and timelines, reporting progress regularly to senior management
    • Plan ahead for space utilization and future needs, tracking headcount and seating capacity with HR
  • Design and manage ad hoc facilities projects across the Group, including renovations or space restructurings for all companies in the Group
  • Oversee process improvement, vendor coordination and optimization projects within the Facilities function

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Facilities, Logistics, or Operations roles
  • Proven exposure to large-scale corporate office relocations (200+ employees)
  • Demonstrated Project Management expertise
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and reporting skills, including presentations to senior management
  • Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
  • Fluent in Greek and English (spoken and written)
  • High ethical standards, fitting with the Values of Antenna Group
