Job Description

Aramark is seeking an experienced Facilities Project Coordinator to support a workplace modification project at Three Ireland's office in Limerick.

Qualifications

This is a hands-on coordination role focused on workplace logistics, facilities support, contractor liaison, and operational planning. Major construction and building works will be managed by an external principal contractor and dedicated Project Manager. The successful candidate will act as Aramark's on-site representative, ensuring works are coordinated effectively while minimising disruption to business operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a facilities or workplace professional looking to gain project experience within a fast-paced corporate environment.

Responsibilities

Workplace Logistics

• Coordinate the movement, relocation, storage, and reinstatement of office furniture, desks, and workplace equipment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist with planning and implementing temporary workspace arrangements where required.

Site Coordination

• Act as the primary on-site point of contact for Aramark, working closely with the principal contractor, client stakeholders, and support teams.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities to ensure project works progress efficiently and safely.

Facilities Support

• Collaborate with internal facilities, cleaning, security, and technology teams to support project delivery.
• Coordinate deep cleaning and area preparation activities before spaces are returned to operational use.

Contractor Liaison

• Facilitate access requirements and space readiness for contractors and vendors.
• Communicate project schedules and operational impacts to relevant stakeholders.

Operational Oversight

• Monitor site housekeeping standards and ensure work areas remain organised and safe throughout the project.
• Escalate issues and support problem resolution to maintain project timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Facilities Coordination, Workplace Operations, Facilities Management, Site Coordination, or a similar role.
• Valid Safe Pass certification.

Required Skills

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive and hands-on approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple teams and contractors.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting office relocations, workplace projects, or refurbishment works.
• Background in facilities management, workplace experience, or building services environments.
