• a.-Perform audits of PM and am calendars to supervisors & keep the system operating without failures
• b.-Coordinate the existence, registration, request and monitoring of spare parts related to the the assigned system
• c-Apply criteria of refurbishment of PM; including the grease and oil that the system requires. For this coordination, he must work together with his peers from 1st, 2nd or 3rd shifts as applicable.

• a-Have available and at the last level the electronic backups of the PLC programs, HMI, Drives and work stations Ensure the existence of maintenance programs in coordination with the PM specialist and TMS Coordinator to have updated TMS, Machine Legder, SM
• b.-Develop a training program for technicians in the area to train them as specialists in the system
• c-Go to line stoppages greater than 3 minutes in the designed area to support Maintenance UL in the prompt solution.

• 3 Resource Management
• a.-Ensure the implementation of the PM methodology in the system
• b.-Ensure a log between shifts where there is trouble shooting by the team
• c-Compliance with the goal indicators (kaizens, suggestions, acts, etc) & Compliance with scheduled Learning Center system courses

• POSITION REQUIREMENTS
• Experience (Time/Type)
• 5 years of experience in an automotive company in manufacturing processes and maintenance process
• Carrer
• University Graduate

• Technical Knowledge (software, courses, etc):
• PREFERRED
• PLC, Robotic, main technologies knowledge (Decking / Skillet System) Embrace and appreciate competence, show energy to deliver, act with integrity and respect, keep things at their simplest
