
The Facilities Operations Supervisor serves as the administrative backbone of the maintenance department, ensuring the seamless flow of work orders, vendor management, and financial oversight. This role shifts focus from hands-on repair to the strategic management of facilities systems—overseeing the lifecycle of maintenance requests, managing the procurement of parts and services, and ensuring that all property work meets the high standards of a premier casino environment. By bridging the gap between technical staff, vendors, and the accounting department, this position ensures a safe, efficient, and well-documented operation that enhances the guest experience. Starting Salary: $57,800
Work Order & Task Accountability: Drive accountability across the maintenance lifecycle; actively execute, track, and formally sign off on pending tasks and work orders to eliminate backlogs and maintain operational continuity.
