Job Description

Salary range: SGD4500-5300
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily operations of the institute.
- Ensure the operations and reliability of the Institute’s facilities and general infrastructure systems.
- Monitor and evaluate operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and standards.
- Manage and optimize resources to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide updates to Management.
- Resolve operational issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external stakeholders.
- Oversee and review safety procedures and measures.
- Handle insurance plans and service contracts.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma with 1-3 years of relevant experience in operations management or a related field.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Familiarity with Singapore's business environment and regulations.
