At UPP, we’re looking for a Facilities Officer to join our team on a casual basis, helping us provide a safe, secure and welcoming environment for our students, residents and visitors.
This is a zero-hours position, with shifts available Monday to Sunday across both days and nights. Shifts are paid hourly and will vary according to the needs of the business.
As a Facilities Officer, you’ll play an important role in supporting the safety, security and smooth operation of our residence by:

We’re looking for you to have will have worked in a similar role and environment, have excellent communication and customer service skills, with the confidence to work independently and respond calmly and professionally to a range of situations. Along with:
Previous experience in facilities, security, student accommodation, hospitality or customer service would be beneficial. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and a genuine passion for supporting others.
