Facilities Officer Position Purpose:

• Responsible for managing all aspects of facilities management at initial stage.
• In this capacity facility Officer is accountable for effective co-ordination with OFM on every aspect of facilities Operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Taking Daily Facility round and maintain reports/ Snags accordingly.
• Travel Management- Hotel Bookings/ Air tickets & visa/ Traveler insurance/ Cab Bookings/ Train tickets.
• Maintain different types of trackers like Travel bookings/ Invoice trackers etc.
• Handling petty cash advance for ordering visitor lunch / Adhoc requirement.
• Processing of Invoices related to office operations.
• Maintain Daily Consumption Reports. (Consumables- Pantry, HK, Medicines)
• Maintain Daily TPV Attendance.
• Responsible for making Monthly Expense tracker to check the expenditure of Admin. Dept.
• Catering Employee’s calls as on when basis.
• Routine reconciliation & budge ng of HK material/ proper planning & manpower deployment for HK services in office.
• Inventory Management & Re-ordering.
• Responsible for smooth operation of mail room activities
• Responsible for coordination with Security in charge for material movement
• Implement and manage safety procedures to ensure the provision of a safe working environment.

Additional Responsibility in Coordination with FM

• Any Escalation
• Vendor Coordination escalation level
• Co-ordination with BMS Team
• Any other relevant dues that arise from me to me.
