About the role:

  • To assist in the comprehensive facilities management on the Client Account. Delivery of services in accordance with the Management Agreement Facilities SOW’s, SLA and KPI’s. Support the Facilities Team in the implementation of key initiatives and projects.

What this job involves:

Facilities Operations

  • Assist and monitor all Janitorial Service activities to ensure the site is in tip top condition
  • Assist and support other soft service activities on demand
  • Seek ways to constantly reduce costs and improve operational standards
  • Implement, comply with and audit all internal management systems, for quality assurance
  • Assist the Management Team with the coordination of related activities as required

Vendor Management

  • Assist in the management of contractors on site ensuring they perform to the required standards
  • Understand the Service Level Agreement of Janitorial Services, and review it in need
  • Daily inspection per request
  • Direct the vender to compliance the procedures, SOW and SLA
  • Have a meeting with vender leader/manager monthly
  • Review the vender performance quarterly
  • Periodical report to clients

Risk Management

  • Assist in the implementation and management of a property risk management program
  • Follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures

Customer Service / Client Relationships:

  • Provide superior customer service
  • Ensure feedback from client sessions is recorded and actioned to the satisfaction of the end user.
  • Pro-actively manage clients expectations ensuring that the service levels are maintained.

Reporting:

  • Assist in the budgeting process as required
  • Provide input as required into the Report
  • Active involvement in the monitoring and achieving the required Key Performance Indicators

Leadership / Staff Management:

  • Actively supports teamwork, co-operation & performance excellence within the onsite team

Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications

Desired experience and technical skills

Required

  • Vendor management and IFM work related working experience required.
  • Good communication skills in written and verbal English
  • Ensure the KPI Targets for the Account are met
  • Interpersonal skills with a strong client focus.
  • Technical comprehension and experience with performance
  • based service contracts and vendor management both
  • University degree, Independent and Self Motivated
  • Ability to work within a budget
  • Good leadership and management skill
  • 3 years facilities management experience or vendor management experience
