Location: Zug (Onsite)
As Facilities/Office Manager, you serve as the central point of contact for all site-related matters at the Zug headquarters. You ensure smooth operations and represent the site to internal and external stakeholders at a senior level.
You are responsible for all facilities and workplace services, ensuring compliance with corporate standards, operational continuity, and the continuous development of the site in alignment with the global headquarters strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee full facility operations at the Zug site, ensuring service quality, efficiency, and compliance
Manage and continuously improve Soft and Hard FM services, including maintenance and repair programs
Lead and coordinate internal teams as well as external vendors, landlords, and authorities
Plan and execute moves, renovations, installations, and site-related projects
Own site security, safety, emergency planning, and business continuity measures
Manage the facilities budget, including cost control, contract management, and procurement processes
Drive workplace strategy, space optimization, and the implementation of FM technologies
Serve as the primary site contact for employees, leadership and external partner
Skills & Qualifications
Extensive experience in Facilities Management, Workplace Management, or Corporate Real Estate within a complex environment
Proven leadership experience managing teams and external service providers
Strong knowledge of building systems, FM technologies, and operational processes
Experience in security management, emergency planning, and regulatory compliance
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in high-pressure situations
Excellent communication skills and experience managing senior stakeholders
Legal authorization to work in Switzerland
Fluent in German and English
