Basic Purpose
Supports Facilities Maintenance Department and provides controls and analytical support for Corporate Services. Coordinates the activities of the construction, maintenance, and operation at NV Energy properties to ensure the reliability, efficiency and overall appearances of the facilities. Operates under general supervision.

Ensures all compliance aspects of position are known and followed; understands and complies with all policies, codes and regulations applicable to position and company.
Performs related duties as assigned.
Essential Education, Skills, and Environment
Education and Work Experience
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school and 3 or more years of related experience.
Candidates that do not possess a bachelor’s degree must have a minimum of 7 years of related work experience.
Specialized Knowledge and Skills
Demonstrated knowledge in the following fields: Working knowledge of budget process (Capital, OMAG). Demonstrated analytical, time management, communications, decision-making, presentation, human relations and organization skills. Demonstrated skills in communicating effectively with a diverse group of internal and external contacts.
Equipment and Applications
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word required. Experience with database systems related to budget analysis, project tracking, and requisition/procurement data.
