YOUR ROLE
The Facilities Manager (Electrical) reports to the Facilities Director and is responsible for overseeing the management of Electrical System engineering, operations and maintenance that support wafer fab operations while meeting the highest standards of safety, quality, reliability, and cost efficiency The Facilities Manager (Electrical) is alsothe site Energy Manager.
The Facilities Manager (Electrical) is responsible for Facilities strategy, planning, and service delivery, with a particular focus on electrical systems, power reliability, energy management, utilities optimization, and sustainability initiatives This includes overseeing the operation, maintenance, and improvement of electrical infrastructure, energy systems, and related facilities equipment, as well as ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and EHS requirements.
The Facilities Manager (Electrical) works closely with site management to ensure a safe, efficient, compliant, and reliable operating environment for employees and manufacturing activities, while proactively pursuing best practices for improved efficiency, reduced energy consumption, enhanced reliability, and lower operating cost.
