The Facilities Manager leads the statewide delivery of facilities and workplace services across Legal Aid NSW, ensuring offices are safe, functional, reliable and supported by effective service providers. The role manages facilities operations, contracts, minor works, fleet and operational assets, leads the facilities team, monitors expenditure and operational risk, and provides specialist advice to support effective property and asset services.
You are an experienced facilities leader who thrives in complex, multi-site environments. You know how to keep workplaces safe, reliable and running smoothly while balancing competing priorities, operational risks, budgets and projects.
You are a confident people leader with strong experience managing contractors, suppliers and service agreements to deliver quality outcomes and value for money. You bring sound project, procurement and contract management skills and are comfortable making decisions, solving problems and responding quickly when priorities shift.
A strong communicator and relationship builder, you can influence stakeholders at all levels and bring a practical, solutions-focused approach to improving facilities services.
