Facilities Manager

The Facilities Manager is responsible for managing the planning, construction and maintenance of equipment, machinery, building and facilities at CareOregon-owned buildings. This position plans, budgets and schedules facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor, materials and other related costs. This position also assists with the review of leases and real estate purchase contracts from a facilities perspective, as well as manages staff and contractors.
Estimated Hiring Range:
$102,330.00 - $125,070.00
Bonus Target:
Bonus - SIP Target, 5% Annual

Travel: Ability to travel to CareOregon’s 315 building in Portland, Oregon within one hour in the event of an urgent need. May include occasional required or optional travel outside of the workplace; the employee’s personal vehicle, local transit or other means of transportation may be used.
