Job Purpose: The Facilities Manager is a hybrid operations and regulatory readiness role for the Ambulatory Surgery Center. The position supports uninterrupted clinical operations through supply chain management, inventory controls, vendor coordination, and product recall management, while also maintaining Environment of Care, life safety, emergency preparedness, and regulatory documentation programs. The role promotes patient safety, staff safety, survey readiness, and efficient use of resources across the ASC.

Requirements
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, ETC.:
· Bachelor's degree is preferred. In lieu of a degree, 10 or more years of relevant experience may suffice.
· Knowledge of healthcare accreditation and regulatory requirements.
· Strong attention to detail and follow-thru, budgeting, project management, and communication skills.
· Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.
· Experience in multiple crafts preferred (surgical tech/rad tech/electrical/plumbing, etc.)

· Must be able to work as scheduled – typically from 6AM-4PM M-F, on Call, possible weekends, possible early AM or Nights based on urgent business needs
· Must be able to sit and/or stand for prolonged periods of time
· Must be able to bend, stoop and stretch
· Must be able to lift and move objects up to 75 pounds consistently with heavier weight necessary at times
· Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate office equipment, etc.
