39 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 16:30
Permanent role
One of the UK’s most high-security and complex prisons – a flagship site within the MoJ estate.
Lead Facilities Management at scale, manage large teams, and make a real impact in a challenging, high-profile environment.
The role
Lead and manage a large FM team, including performance and disciplinary processes
Oversee day-to-day operations and long-term estate management
Build strong working relationships with the prison and client teams
Ensure full compliance with H&S, statutory and mandatory requirements
Deliver KPIs and drive high standards across service delivery
Maintain environmental standards and site systems
What we’re looking for
Proven experience managing large teams in a Hard FM environment
Strong knowledge of H&S legislation and compliance requirements
Experience preparing for audits and maintaining statutory compliance
Solid background in Hard FM (ideally 5+ years)
Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills
FM or technical qualification (preferred)
