The Facilities Manager is responsible for the full lifecycle of building operations, maintenance, and physical asset management at a newly delivered 1,140-unit residential rental building in Toronto. The building includes ground floor commercial/retail space; the Facilities Manager is the primary maintenance lead for both the residential and commercial components. This role leads the in-house maintenance team), manages all 3rd-party trade vendors, owns the preventive maintenance program, and serves as the primary emergency response lead. The Facilities Manager is a hands-on operational leader who ensures the building's systems, safety, and physical condition meet the highest standards across all uses.

The expected annualized base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 The actual salary offered will take into consideration a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the individual’s skill, experience, and relevant education or training.
Base salary is only one component of Hazelview’s competitive total rewards package.
