Office Operations and Resource Management办公室运营与资源管理

• Coordinate analysis of office workstation and meeting room utilization
统筹办公室工位、会议室使用情况分析

• Conduct routine inspections of daily office services, provide improvement recommendations, and track closure

• Support and participate in office improvement projects to drive process optimization and enhance workplace experience

Front Desk and Reception Operations Management前台与接待运营管理

•Arrange backup coverage and scheduling during front desk staff leave periods
前台休假期间替岗安排与排班统筹

Arrange, coordinate, and train backup front desk personnel

Facilities Management and Asset Coordination设施管理与资产协同

• Coordinate demand assessment, procurement, and inventory management for special office consumables
统筹办公室特殊消耗品的需求评估、采购及库存管理

• Support the implementation and delivery of FM-related improvement and optimization projects
支持 FM 相关改进与优化项目的推进与落地

Service Provider Management服务供应商管理

•Manage and supervise daily cleaning services, assist in developing inspection standards, and drive improvements
负责保洁服务日常工作的管理与监督,协助制定巡检标准并推动改进

•Regularly evaluate service quality, assist in resolving on-site issues, and continuously improve the office environment experience

Event Planning, Communications, and Office Event/Decoration Request Management
活动策划,宣传以及办公室活动/布置申请管理

• Support the planning of FM & HSE-related activities and the creation of promotional posters
支持 FM & HSE 相关活动的策划,海报制作

•Manage and coordinate applications related to office activities
负责办公室相关活动申请的管理与协调

Support for Green and Sustainability Projects
绿色环保项目支持

• Collect, analyze, archive, and continuously follow up on data for office green and sustainability projects
负责办公室绿色环保项目的数据收集、分析、归档及持续跟进

Ensure the working environmental to meet HSE requirements.
确保工作环境符合HSE的规定要求。

Set challenging and achievable target for maintenance field, Work out a practical maintenance plan in accordance with preset target.
建立具有挑战性及可达成的保养目标,根据当前的目标制定可行的保养计划。

Lead people to complete assignments. 带领人员完成所分派的任务。

Evaluate and review people’s performance评估和审核人员的工作业绩。
