  • Monitor and maintain building security systems
  • Plans and implements moves and relocations
  • Hires, trains and supervises maintenance and cleaning services
  • Assists in renovation projects
  • Conducts safety and building compliance inspections
  • Participates in facility related licensing and certification processes
  • Follows and maintains approved site budget


This role participates in an on-call rotation to respond to after-hours emergencies such as heat, hot water, and security issues, and is expected to report to assigned sites during inclement weather events, including snowstorms, as operational needs require. Responsibilities include operating vehicles and equipment such as trucks, plows, snow blowers, and other power equipment. Reliable transportation is required to travel between sites and respond promptly to emergency and weather-related conditions.

Experience

  • Minimum of three years relevant experience in office operations and building management
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
  • Computer literate including Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer with the ability to learn new software applications
