The Opportunity
In this role, you will manage day-today operations, effectively delivering, maintaining & improving Facilities Management services.

Work closely with your team to build strong relationships with our partner and provide exceptional customer service.

This role will be based in South Australia. Also responsible for NT and TAS.

Your key responsibilities will include:
• Manage day-to-day operations across multiple sites, while developing strategies and business plans.
• Effectively manage maintenance budgets and contractual agreements
• Conduct audits verifying maintenance is performed in accordance with agreed scope and are compliant with safety, risk assessment etc.
• Manage all landlord and property related issues ensuring sites are a safe and fully operational
• Be the point of escalation and provide support to supervisors and the technical workforce, including subcontractors working within the region.
• Regularly provide reports and analysis of business performance to key stakeholders

To be considered for this role:
• Previous experience in a similar role, supervising and managing maintenance programs with a good understanding of building systems.
• Proficiency in budget management and comprehension of financial reports
• Proven track record in exceptional customer service and have excellent communication and people management skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organisational and administrative skills
• Current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain.
