Our company is seeking a Facilities Manager This Facilities Manager will be responsible for the management of employees in cleaning terminals at Orlando International Airport.

BASIC FUNCTION

The Facilities Manager oversees the maintenance, safety, and efficiency of an organization’s buildings, grounds, and equipment. This role ensures that all facilities operate smoothly, comply with regulations, and provide a safe, functional environment for employees and visitors.

Job Requirements

• Oversee daily building operations, including electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate repairs and upgrades with internal teams and external vendors.
• Ensure all equipment and systems operate efficiently and safely.
• Health, Safety & Compliance:
  Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal building and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify hazards or maintenance needs.
• Manage emergency preparedness plans, including fire safety and evacuation procedures.
• Oversee security protocols.
• Vendor & Contract Management:
• Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
