MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Facilities Management/Business Analyst to join our team in Ft. Detrick in Frederick, MD. This is a hybrid position, on-site three days per week, but expanded telework options are available on a case-by-case basis.

The Facilities Management/Business Analyst will be an imperative part of the Data team working data migration tasks from the legacy system into LogiCole. Specifically, we are looking for someone with out-of-the-box thinking that can work well with a cross-functional team to ensure the needs of our Defense Health Agency (DHA) Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS) users are being met by this data purging activity. This activity is imperative to poise DMLSS for its technical refresh by minimizing the amount of data to be migrated to the LogiCole application.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Support full SDLC services for LogiCole defined priorities.
  • Validate DMLSS functionality data post data purge to ensure capability works as expected.
  • Create defect reports for any data inaccuracies resulting from purge.
  • Create and test data patch requests when necessary.
  • Communicate well on all levels to various government and contractor support personnel including Developers, Business Analysts, Testers, Engineers, Operations Administrators, and Leadership.
  • Be able to operate independently as well as seamlessly with the team to complete the mission.
  • Work with external partners to gather requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (in Computer Science or related field) and 6 years related experience or 6 years equivalent experience and 6 years related experience.
  • 4-6 years’ experience as DMLSS Facility Management Business Analyst
  • 2 years’ experience of DMLSS Facility Management testing
  • 2 years’ experience working on an Agile team and following Agile processes SCRUM and/or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Defense Medical Logistics – Enterprise Support applications and support of DoD medical treatment facilities.
  • Experience in SQL, JavaScript, Python, or similar programming language.
  • Experience applying Agile design methodology and tools (e.g., Jira).

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance prior to starting and will be subject to a Tier 3 Investigation for DoD Common Access Card (CAC) eligibility only.
  • Candidates with a current or recently completed T3 investigation are highly desirable.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,100.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
