Supervises, plans, organizes and directs the operation of the Facilities Management Section. Organizes and directs the Facilities Management duties at the PHEL.
- Directs maintenance and repair of the building systems in the Hayne building.

- Interacts with the Office of Administration and all outside contractors as the primary contact person.

- Directs and participates in the design fabrication of special projects as directed by the Section Directors and Public Health Laboratory Director.

- Responsible for the telephone and communication services for the Public Health Laboratory and Department of Environmental Services.

- Responsible for the operation and support of the Hayne Access Control systems.

- Acts as Property Custodian for the Public Health Laboratory and other duties as assigned.
