Facilities Management Technician (Tier 2)The Facilities Management Technician oversees day-to-day data centre facility operations, coordinating maintenance, change management, and incident response to ensure compliant, resilient infrastructure performance.
This role shall be responsible for overseeing DCP activities, particularly those affecting the data halls, conducting facility inspections, supporting maintenance and change events. The team evaluates and tracks change requests by risk level, consolidates maintenance schedules, and provides rapid response and escalation for critical facility incidents, including alarm verification and EOP activation.
