Job Description

Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a senior Facilities Management (FM) Sector Lead to take ownership of the strategic growth of our FM portfolio across Aotearoa.

Based in Christchurch or Wellington, this is a high profile leadership role focused on positioning Citycare Property for long term success in the FM market. You’ll identify opportunities early, shape winning strategies, and play a pivotal role in securing work that delivers value for our clients and communities.

Reporting to the Executive Leader responsible for strategic growth and transformation, you’ll operate at the intersection of strategy, partnerships, and delivery — with the influence to shape organisation wide outcomes.

This role is suited to an experienced, commercially savvy FM leader who enjoys building momentum, creating strong partnerships, and turning opportunity into sustainable growth.

What You’ll Be Doing | Ngā Kawenga Takohanga
• Lead the strategic growth of Citycare Property’s FM capability nationally
• Develop and deliver the annual FM sector growth plan
• Lead FM tendering activity including bid strategy, pricing, proposal development, and presentations
• Identify and pursue new market and client opportunities, including pre-positioning
• Build and maintain strong senior relationships with customers, consultants, and industry partners
• Champion innovation and sustainability in FM service delivery
• Coach and support FM leaders and bid teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
• Represent Citycare Property in industry forums and professional networks
