Team member will join our team onsite at 2500 S George Street

General Summary

Performs a variety of duties to coordinate the activities of the Facilities Management department.

Duties and Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

  • Supports Design & Construction, Real Estate and Planning, and Facilities Engineering teams to coordinate and schedule meetings for Senior Directors and Directors.
  • Coordinates with other WellSpan departments including IT, Supply Chain, Finance as needed to support the Facilities Services Team.
  • Provides support for new employee onboarding including new software, hardware and access requests.
  • Manages staff PTO calendar and timekeeping; Manges Facilities Services Leadership on call calendar.
  • Receives for Oracle Purchase Orders and acts as a back-up for Oracle PO requests; creates check requests
  • Orders supplies and materials for Facilities Services.
  • Manages staff needs for equipment and technology orders.
  • Retrieves and sorts all incoming intra-office and USPS mail.
  • Assists with coordinating Facility Services Leadership and Corporate events.
  • Manages credit card use and travel expenses for leadership in tracking system.

Qualifications

Minimum Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • Associates Degree Preferred

Work Experience:

  • 5 years Relevant experience. Required

Driver's License Statement:

Must possess a valid driver's license in the current state of residence. Driving record must meet requirements established by WellSpan Risk Management.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Working knowledge of financial and facility maintenance terminology.
  • Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook.
