Maintains and repairs building and equipment, including resolving complex maintenance problems
RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs maintenance of building (s), including painting, electrical, and general repairs
Resolvescomplex maintenance problems. Keeps related records. Completes repair projects and minor remodels
Reports and resolves building problems
May order maintenance supplies and equipment. Maintains equipment and tools
May coordinate work of contractors, as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLAND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS-
Five+ years ormore ofrelated experience in general maintenance work
Substantial experience in carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, general buildingsystemsand relatedareasas necessary
Sufficient physical strength and agility to carry out essential duties
Basic ability to read blueprints and schematics
Ability toidentifyand resolve potential safety and security problems
Ability to Ski or Ride safe and in control
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS-
This position isrequiredto workearlymornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays while in operation.
A worker in this position must have the physical, visual, and auditory ability to perform the essential functions to the job with or without reasonable accommodations.
Position may require sitting, kneeling, stooping, crouching, or bending on an occasional basis.
May berequiredto lift 50+ lbs. to perform essential functions.
May berequiredto maneuver up to 160lbs.
