
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a wide range of electrical, mechanical, and facility-related tasks to ensure safe and efficient operations. Key duties include installing and troubleshooting electrical systems (110/208v and 480/600v), conducting preventative maintenance on HVAC systems and fire extinguishers, and repairing production equipment such as motors, cords, and parts. The technician will also service powered industrial trucks (e.g., forklifts, reach trucks, scissor lifts), coordinate with vendors and contractors, and verify completed work. Maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant facility is essential. This role requires physical stamina, including the ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work in varied environmental conditions such as heights, mechanical areas, and outdoor settings.
