Arrow International, Inc. is seeking to add an experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician within our manufacturing team based in Cleveland, OH. This position is integral in the production and distribution within world's largest manufacturer and supplier of charitable gaming products and solutions. We produce and distribute a wide array of products include consumables (pull tab tickets, bingo paper and ink, etc.) as well as world class, state-of-the-art, electronic gaming products. Our products are sold, installed, and operated in numerous social and gaming venues around the world. This position is based in Cleveland, OH

Provides support to the facilities and maintenance team. Will be required to work inside the building and outside the building. May be required to work in inclement weather.

Essential Functions:

  • Perform simple facility maintenance as directed by management.
  • Provide support to third party professionals including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair involving the maintenance of multiple buildings.
  • Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
  • Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions, as directed.
  • Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
  • Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities and individuals of all levels within and outside the organization.
  • High energy level, comfortable handling multiple tasks in conjunction with day to day activities.

Education, Experience and Skills Required:

  • High school diploma/GED or trade school experience preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Resourceful and well organized.

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
