WHAT YOU'LL DO:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to include; troubleshooting, analyzing, repairing, purchasing and maintaining all building and medical equipment as needed. Make sure work orders are issued and completed within company guidelines. Key support for asset tracking and inventory control for all equipment and costs. Follow industry standards for all safety compliance to support the achievement of Elica’s business goals and objectives.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment
The work environment is characteristic of both indoor and outdoor environments at both corporate office and healthcare facility settings. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to remain in a stationary position; use hands to handle or lift. The employee is also required to move and position themselves to reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally move, position and/or remove up to 70 pounds, and be able to position themselves to ascend/descend ladders and stairs to complete services while practicing all OSHA approved workplace guidelines. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The employee must also possess hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the phone. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderately loud; incumbent must be able to focus in an environment with many distractions. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Compensation - Dependent Upon Experience
$22.00 - $28.60 an hour
