Primary Duties to include but not limited to:
· Perform maintenance in all facility areas including electrical, plumbing, carpentry and HVAC systems
· Light maintenance and repairs of fleet vehicles to include cars, vans, trucks, lifts, floor machines, tractors, etc.
· Perform landscaping and snow removal.
· Operate forklifts to support the material handling of used cardboard, pallets, and other recyclables.
· Operate scissor lift and boom lifts. Work at ceiling heights running facility cabling, wiring and camera installations.
· Perform daily walk through’s looking for anything broken or safety related/ reporting issues.
· Operate and test facility generators and fire pumps on a weekly basis.
· Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Yearly inspection of building systems. Emergency lighting, fire extinguishers, fire systems and any systems as directed by Facilities Supervisor.
· Clean and maintain all Schluter facility areas including restrooms and outdoor areas as directed by Facilities Supervisor as required.
Key Competencies:
· Experience in light electrical, plumbing, pneumatics, and HVAC repairs and operations
· General carpentry skills and use of common hand tools
· Experience in fire suppression and security systems
· Experience in Automated Building Management Systems
· Familiar with industrial cleaning practices to include power cleaning equipment. Operation of riding and walk behind floor cleaning machines required.
Requirements
General Requirements:
· 3+ years’ experience in general facilities or maintenance functions
· Flexible working hours to include overtime and ability to be on call as needed
· Ability to lift 50 pounds throughout the workday
· Ability to work at 40ft heights
· Ability to work with limited direction once work has been assigned
· Ability to learn facility security/fire/building management systems and respond during off hours as required
· Driver’s license required

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base pay offered will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for additional benefits to the base pay range listed above.
