Salary Range: $20.00 - $20.00 Hourly

Job Shift: DayThe Facilities Maintenance Tech will perform maintenance duties as directed by the Warehouse Manager. Performs manual repairs as needed; cleaning in all areas of the facility; maintain the grounds to include mowing, trimming hedges, mulching; sweeping sidewalks, parking lots; snow, and ice removal, etc.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs routine facility/building maintenance and equipment maintenance
- Identifies and coordinates repairs or improvements in accordance with company standards
- Cleans building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
- Services and supplies restrooms
- Empties all trash cans; consolidate trash for pickup; ensures all recycling programs and policies are implemented and followed
- Familiar with MSDS, storing and using chemicals safely, and proper chemical disposal
- Some painting, lighting, ceiling tile replacements, window cleaning
- Self-motivated and ability to work with minimal supervision

- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School diploma/GED
