Job Description

Essential Job Functions

  • Responsible for the day-to-day tracking and execution of CWW non-Amazon and non-owned facility maintenance requests.
  • Execute preventive maintenance and failure maintenance remediations based on corporate guidance.
  • Monitor Jira ticket system and input data into Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Triage maintenance requests and assign priority to request.
  • Coordinate with facility leadership the scheduling and follow up maintenance requirements at non-Amazon and non-Crane Owned Facilities.
  • Track and trend facilities maintenance spend and provide monthly metrics.
  • Trend and assist with developing company maintenance budget.
  • Perform checklist inspection items at the IAH facility and report results to facility leadership.
  • Assist with facility maintenance vendor management for non-Amazon and Crane Owned Facilities.
  • Drive day-to-day Rankin Road facility management to include scheduling and escorting maintenance vendors.

Other Skills & Abilities

  • Knowledge of building construction and building systems, HVAC, pneumatics, electrical and fire systems experience is required.
  • Have access to reliable transportation - Works independently, receives minimal guidance.
  • Read and interpret documents such as operating/maintenance/procedure instructions, drawings and blueprints, and safety rules.
  • Able to follow instructions to completion.
  • Experience in Contract Management, Janitorial, Grounds Maintenance, Pest Control.
  • Must be available for occasional weekend phone calls and maintenance events.
  • Must have basic computer skills.

Education & Experience

  • Four years in the facility management/maintenance space a must.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Trade school or apprenticeship preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license required.

Physical Requirements

  • Job requires the ability to use vision, adjust focus and work on a standard computer screen.
  • Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment.
  • Job will require presence on-site at the assigned work location.
  • Job requires attendance and dependability.
