To perform advanced repairs and maintenance on a variety of HVAC and Refrigeration equipment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Diagnoses and troubleshoot complex HVAC and Refrigeration systems.
  • Perform repairs and preventative maintenance tasks on a variety of HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
  • Support Level 1 technicians in repair and diagnostic operations.
  • Assist in optimizing HVAC control schedules for energy savings.
  • Maintain refrigeration compliance records in collaboration with the EHS team.
  • Communicate with vendors to coordinate the purchase of parts, equipment, and service needs.
  • Contribute to updates and improvements in the preventative maintenance program.
  • Coordinate and execute small to medium-scale Facilities HVAC projects when appropriate.
  • Monitor and respond to HVAC control alarms with urgency and accuracy.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Maintaining a high level of honesty, integrity and confidentiality with respect to company matters.
  • Complying with all Company policies and procedures, safety regulations, company safety policies and safely perform all duties, including but not limited to, promoting a safe workplace.

WHAT TO BRING

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Certification/Degree in HVAC or equivalent training/work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to stand, remain stationary, and/or move about, and lift up to 40lbs for extended periods.
  • Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks (bending, reaching, squatting, or otherwise positioning the body to maneuver in and around equipment, lifting and/or moving tools and materials).
  • Ability to work non-standard hours as needed.
  • Basic understanding of Automated Logic Controls.
  • Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude.
  • Effective time management and multitasking skills.
  • Other physical requirements may apply.
  • Ability to work non-standard hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

WHAT WILL HELP

  • 2–4 years of HVAC experience.
