Facilities & Healthcare Project Manager

Enterprise Construction Group is seeking an experienced and highly organized Facilities & Healthcare Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing construction, renovation, maintenance, and facilities projects within healthcare and commercial environments.

This position requires a strong project leader who can coordinate clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage construction, renovation, maintenance, and facilities projects from planning through completion.
  • Coordinate project schedules, budgets, materials, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and facility representatives.
  • Coordinate work within active healthcare facilities while minimizing disruption to operations.
  • Review project scopes, drawings, specifications, proposals, and contracts.
  • Monitor project progress, costs, schedules, and quality.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is completed according to project requirements.
  • Identify and resolve project issues, delays, and conflicts.
  • Conduct project meetings and provide regular updates to clients and management.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, schedules, and change orders.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable safety, building, and healthcare facility requirements.
  • Work closely with estimating, operations, accounting, and field teams.
  • Manage project closeout, inspections, punch lists, and final documentation.
  • Maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients, property managers, facility directors, vendors, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Project Manager in construction, facilities, or healthcare environments.
  • Experience managing commercial or healthcare construction/renovation projects preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and project coordination.
  • Ability to read and understand construction plans, specifications, and scopes of work.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Knowledge of healthcare facility requirements and working in occupied environments is a strong plus.
  • Ability to work effectively with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
