Incumbents in this job perform various tasks that include preventative maintenance, grounds maintenance, housekeeping, meeting set up, construction, remodeling, and building repairs. This is an entry level labor position. Assists licensed and maintenance employees as needed. May be asked to help custodial staff’s work as needs arises, and other duties as assigned.
Starting Pay: $51,636 - $55,046 depending on experience
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week Monday-Thursday 7AM - 5PM. Position participates in a rotating on-call shift.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position requires us to work both indoors and outdoors and be exposed to varying weather conditions. Contact with cleaning chemicals and exposure to human waste. Exposure to loud noises, bright lights, and vibration from using equipment. Frequent interaction with city employees and citizens in various situations.
