At GoTo Guatemala, we are looking for a Facilities Front Desk Coordinator to support daily reception
activities and assist with facilities operations while performing a variety of administrative and clerical
tasks.
As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our office, welcoming visitors and
supporting employees with facilities-related needs while helping maintain smooth day-to-day office
operations.
Your Day to Day
As a Facilities Front Desk Coordinator, you would be working on:
• Greet and welcome visitors as they arrive at the office
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access through the
reception area while coordinating with security personnel
• Support daily office operations by assisting employees with facilities-related requests
• Coordinate with vendors and maintain communication with internal teams
• Manage front desk activities such as answering phones, greeting visitors, handling packages, and
managing entry badges
• Receive, organize, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and documents to employees and
departments
• Track and update basic office expenses and supply costs
• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and document handling
What We’re Looking For
As a Facilities Front Desk Coordinator, your background will look like:
• Experience in a receptionist, front office, administrative support, or similar customer‑facing role
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or similar productivity tools
• Comfort using standard office equipment (printers, phones, scanners, etc.)
• Ability to communicate clearly in both Spanish and English in a professional environment (B1 English level or higher preferred)
• Organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• A service‑oriented approach when supporting employees and welcoming visitors
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive working relationships
• Adaptability and willingness to learn in a dynamic office environment
• Availability to work on-site at our Guatemala City office
